This image is beautiful and effective. The fist/car presses on the water and so it makes the water to escape sideways because the fingers of the fist are transformed into tires. The fist ( the power of a car ) and its control ( the tires ) are going together. Two visual similarities (Fist/car; Fingers/wheels) and a contextual identity (tires / Pirelli ). The first line of the writing is a double negation ( then a false opposition ) that confirms: The power is all with the control.
