"C'E' DA RESTARCI SECCHI" / "there is to be flabbergasted" recalls a probable starting point that should be "By amazing, we are left in our open mouths." Two speech hyperboles.
For which, the jaw, the part for the all = a synecdoche, was not only open, but open in an exaggerated way = a hyperbole. Since it could not be done by a realistic image - a head with skin and muscles -, it was acted with the X-rays skeleton. For which another synecdoche came out, but with exaggerating the dimension (hyperbole) of the falling jaw.
The reinforcement of the exaggeration cancels the synecdoche, by creating an opposition that, as such, it attracts the attention. The persuasive function was the aim of the rest of the writing. Who is the target of a message perhaps visually unpleasant? Young people, who could even appreciate it, or adults who have to pay the subscription to ADSL Tele2?
Too complicated!
