RM 6 :  EGGPLANT (In Italian:  Melanzana) JONES.

This advertising found on magazines and road placards  bewilders very much.  By using the image of a vegetable, an eggplant, from which it draws, by the title rhyme, an identity by phonetic similarity with Indiana Jones, a famous cinema character.

The Identity by spatial contiguity, to puting of the Indian Jones' hat type on the eggplant, evidently could not reach enough identification.

This image makes me perplexed, and its reinforcement by the title rhyme pays  the solution over-elaborated. Moreover because there is a rhythm error: the word Melanzana has four syllables, while Indiana is a three syllables word.

I have fewer elements to think that there is an ironic choice at the base of it.
The following of this advertising has poor relationship, if any, with the image and its title.
